15/11/12 - 90048 in trouble at Beatock whilst working 4S88: In the early hours of this morning 90048 failed in the Beatock area whilst working 4S88 from Ipswich to Coatbridge. The 90 was rescued by a pair of class 86/6s.
16/11/12 - 90026 in trouble at Weaver Jcn whilst working 6L48: On the late afternoon of today 90026 came to a stand in the neutral section at Weaver Jcn which resulted in a DB class 66 rescuing the loco, but came off at Acton Bridge.
16/11/12 - 90045 hired to Virgin Trains for use on WB64: In the early hours of the 16th November 2012, 90045 was hired to Virgin Trains from Freightliner and initially ran light engine from Crewe to Wembley depot to be attached to WB64.
17/11/12 - Key highlights for w/c 11th November 2012: The key highlights from w/c 11/11/12 included 90008 being stopped at Crewe for overhaul, 90045 was hired to Virgin Trains and 90048 suffered loss of line light at Beatock.
19/11/12 - Class 90 and DRS 47 double failures for GA: 47802 worked the 16:00 LST-NRW (1p42) on top of the DVT with 90015 DOR after she had an ETS earlier. However, the 47 failed herself at Diss - the whole train rescued by 90001.
20/11/12 - Poor Railhead Conditions for Freightliner & GA: There were 3 incidents today of 90s slipping to a stand on the GEML and included 90011, 90016 and 90048. Two of these services were rescued under very rare circumstances.
20/11/12 - 90006 receives a modified nameplate at Crown Point: A private ceremony took place today at Crown Point and involved a modified name including new crests being applied to 90006 in recognition of Modern Railways 50yrs.
21/11/12 - 90043 slips to a stand on GEML close to Marks Tey: The 4th incident in the space of 36hrs this time 90043 slipped to a stand on 4M89 in the same area as 90011 yesterday. The 90 was assisted from the rear by a GBRF 66.
21/11/12 - RAIB Publishes detailed report on the derailment of 90046: The RAIB published a report today detailing there key findings and recommendations on what happened at Bletchley on the 3rd February 2012 with 90046.
